Oseyo is a Korean street food kitchen based in the heart of the Eastside, bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of Korea to the Pacific Northwest with a fresh and playful twist. Our menu centers around handcrafted kimbap—Korea’s beloved seaweed rice rolls—stuffed with creative fillings like bulgogi beef, spicy tuna, and yubu tofu. We also serve spicy, saucy tteokbokki (chewy rice cakes simmered in gochujang-based sauce), crispy so-tteok so-tteok (rice cake and sausage skewers glazed in sweet and spicy sauce), savory kimchi pancakes, and crowd favorites like honey butter fried potatoes.
