Cocina Barelas

I've been sharing the recipes I grew with in my hometown of Albuquerque New Mexico through pop-ups and deliveries since 2015. Barelas is the neighborhood in Albuquerque where the matriarchs of my family were all born. My beautiful grandmother lived her entire life there cooking meals that defined my life. Her humor and resilience defined her and I've done my best to carry forward the food that she, my aunts, my mother, and all the mothers of Albuquerque have mastered for centuries.
