Cafe Lolo

We operate with a 10 by 10 tent and bring our own water and propane so no electricity/generator space is needed. This also allows us to fit into spaces that some trucks aren't able to fit in! We make freshly extruded pasta with house-milled WA grain. Our menu changes every week to reflect the best produce the PNW has to offer! We usually offer one meat and one vegetarian option and menus have included: Braised beef ragu with nasturtiums, sesame seeds and nectarines Summer pork ragu with fermented garlic scapes and sungold tomatoes Pepita and arugula pesto with summer squash and fresh currants Basil Pesto with potatoes, green beans and hazelnuts. We are open to working with people to develop a set for their event that works best for them!
