Hawaiian, Northwest, Healthy. Akamai Grill emphasis on healthy, organic, stainable, good food. We work with over 20 different farms and purveyors around the region. Growing up in Seattle & Kauai I have learned to cook many different dishes. I like to fuse these types of cuisines together to bring you the best you ever had. Mahalo for your time.
