About this Truck
Two families, John & Sol Kim and Gordon & Lisa Lam, with the love for Korean food created a Bibimbap concept to share with their friends. This amazing concept morphed into a food truck idea, Seoul Kitchen, where this amazing Korean dish could be shared with everyone here in the emerald city of Seattle. There specialties are Bibimbap Bowls, Kimchi Fries, and Mochi Beignets!
