I decided to move to Seattle 15 years ago and when I was home sick I longed for the food I grew up eating- grits, low country boil, stewed okra, as well as Filipino Food
After working various desk and cooking jobs around town, I realized I wouldn’t be happy until I had my own business. So I came up with a plan to open up the first grits truck in Seattle.
Our mission statement is simple. Kiss My Grits is about bringing the low country cuisine I grew up with to Seattle and celebrating our region’s incredible produce and seafood. The mission of Kiss My Grits is to provide the highest quality food using the best local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, while exceeding our guests expectations for taste, value, and service.
